Pierce Owen haha I came here for this comment. He def did. Did you hear that clutch chatter? He stalled it. I would bust his balls but I have heard literally everyone stalls it their first time. It is a rough clutch; very complex and different.

What a beautiful, musical noise. No artificial cracks or pops. Just the sound of the exhaust note ascending to a fever pitch before an aggressive manual shift makes the engine bark and then the music resumes.

The Carrera GT is renowned to have a "difficult" clutch. I believe it's not th emost reliable either, and very expensive to change

LT's will become a collectible in the future, wouldn't be wise to get rid of both. The maintenance on one of these is cray as well! around £15,000 to get a new clutch, he talked about that in a previous video. would become a very expensive daily!

If he gets a custom exhaust for the 720S then it is on pair with the 675 LT, and for a Cerrera GT it would be worth selling the 675 LT.

The Best sounding stock cars i have ever heard, in order: 1: Carrera GT. 2: Lexus LFA. 3: Lamborghini V10 in Gallardo and Huracan. 4: Lamborghini V12 in, well, all their V12s. 5: Ferrari 458 V8. 6: Ferrari V12 in FF and F12. 7: Nissan Micra 1.0 (only kidding but it was my first car so it sounded like not walking which was awesome). Carrera GT would be a car to be a custodian of, you don't so much own this sort of car, you keep it for history's sake. I highly reccomend you buy one Mr James if by any chance finances allow it.

Agree with most, but 458 doesn't really represent the best Ferrari V8. I'd say F355 instead (esp. with tubi exhaust). The same goes with FF and F12, older V12s had much better note IMO. My list would go like this. 1: Lexus LFA. 2: Pagani Zonda 3: Carrera GT. 4: 991 GT3. 5: Lamborghini Countach. 6: Ferrari 355. 7: e46 M3 CSL (that intake sound is insane). Not neccesarily in that order, just love them all.

Steve Goyak it's actually not as hard to use as people think. the only odd thing about it is that from a stand still the clutch has to be almost completely off to set off but once she's actually moving she's pretty civilized if you stay within parameters of reasonable common sense. it's only when the car is pushed that it'll push back

+Andre Tennis It is tricky - I stalled it twice, the biggest frustration is coming out of junctions and roundabouts if you need to get out quickly you can't always do it for risk of stalling but once it's rolling it's amazing!

Gemballa offers good upgrade for CGT clutch, here is C/P from their page: The original carbon-fibre race clutch is tricky to use, especially in city conditions. The GEMBALLA replacement features special pads developed to improve the metering of clutch pedal pressure, thus ensuring a smooth and judder-free engagement in stop-go traffic.

Mr JWW Amazing car and entertaining review. I advice you that if you wanna get a CGT, get the ones that are built in 2005 and up, car number 800 or up, as they fixed some issues with the car after the production in 2003.
