Glad to see an out pouring of love here for My Baby, the 928. And my jaw dropped when I saw the 928 cabriolet, very timeless design, simply perfect and if you think otherwise your dead to me!

Love that 928. Has more of an elegant, feminine shape to it that I could imagine would have sold well to a different clientele, perhaps even enough to have continued 928 production to today.

I wish instead of all the "different" types of one car, they make new versions of the old ones 924, 928, etc

Superb videos. One question, on 3'45 minutes on the background there is a russian Lada 2108, what is it doing there?? Thanks.
@Lutz96410 жыл бұрын
In the old days Porsche was also a consultant company and they did some work for Lada. If you google it, you will find better info about it.

Probably a Lada Samara T3 prototype judging from its raised suspension. Quoting from Wikipedia: "The T3 didn't contain many Samara parts, using the Porsche 959's four-wheel drive system and a 3.6-litre Porsche flat-six."

Porsche helped them design this car, mainly they designed the engine

What a great film! I'd love to know why the 984 never made it to production? Surely it would have been a hit
