Mit dem 210er meine absolute Lieblings E-Klasse. Der 500er beim 124er ist einfach noch mal die Sahne auf der Torte. Wirklich ein absoluter Traum, etwas für´s Herz. Ich erinnere mich noch sehr gut daran wie bei uns immer ein dunkelblauer 124er stand. Der linke Reifen war platt und an der Karosse war schon Kalk. Wollte den schon als Kind immer aufbauen. Danke für das tolle Video.

Just Amazing, the level of engineering and technology introduced in the 500e, Can bus systems, Electronics, Vacumm systems and of course the Engine and it’s Suspension, all of wich were pre AMG absorbtion, Its DNA and it’s evolution into the e50, and even to the W211 e500 is perceivable.

I have been thinking about 500E intake hose for more than 10 years. Why it is not similar as S-Class and SL-Class? This video gave me the answer. The picture of prototype 500E in the video shows that it has SL type air intake hose and no additional horn star!
