Its time for the relevant authorities to fix Dunbeholden Rd not pitch patchy but a complete overhaul of that road. The road needs to widen. So much development taking place around there. Our relevant authorities are so reactive in this country.

4:46 . This look like 2 bed 2 bath. From the layout, it appears to be verandah on the right, open concept living and dining. on the left side yard space, 1st bedroom with bathroom and then primary bedroom and bathroom at the back. Wash sink outside and little to no backyard space. just a guess

Yeah, I get the whole thing with having one bathroom, but for me while it is convenient with 2, give option to choose between the 2br, 1bath and 2br, 2baths. 26 mil is a real stretch.
