Too often any letters beyond A-Z is often ignored in creative fonts. But I do understand it, it is extra work, and nothing that English speakers would be affected by. - But at the same time, adding áàãâäå does not require you to create a whole new letter, just a symbol above the letter; which you can use repeatedly: áćéǵíńóśúẃý - It is more work, but not as much work as to add Cyrillic and Greek, at least.
