I watched another speedrun they started when the time portal opened so if we count ur time from when the time portal opened ur time is 21:40 so that's ultra good for day 1 speedrun

I would love it if someone did a challenge run where they don't fire any time portals at all, and the only time portals you can go through would be the ones placed for you. Glitches, would of course be allowed, as it would be impossible to do the run otherwise

at 9:23 you could use the cube by jumping off of it, so you can make the fling without the use of the time portal. Don't know if it will actually save some time tho

There IS something crazy you can do with the time portal, that happened to me 2 times each by chance and idk how to do it. It’s where you can use future portals in the present, or use a normal portal in the present as a time portal (I.e firing an orange portal in the present and opening a portal to the future)

Cheats turn on and off because they have to keep swapping the portal gun for a different portal gun I think. I'm assuming they hacked the co-op portal guns so that one player could use them but swap them out seamlessly so you never have a weapon wheel to switch them yourself.

Yeah, cheats do turn off which is strange. Using showtriggers we can see that the time portal has some triggers. Using npclip, we can see it just teleports the portal to an equal location, by a fixed about, so far away. It's all loaded in as 1 map. Map cubes won't go in and out, whereas spawned ones will
