That's because it's a computer programmed speedrun. That's also had cheats enabled.

Also, "computer programmed" means they simply went through the game and played it frame by frame, with each frame being able to put in an input (like, maybe walk right) so they can control exactly when they do it without ever "messing up."

We're not here to see how good Jukspa is at the game, we're here to see the theoretical perfect run.
