I have 262 XP and it cuts very well and smooth but not like that 266. By the way, thats some pretty wood. That would bust easy. Me and my daddy sold fire wood for years never had a wood splitter. Always used a go-devil and wedges. Then daddy found an old fireman’s ax. Man, it made quick work of red oak and white oak. Miss my daddy and the work we used to do.

Great job fellas! It's nice to help people out. I live in a small town, and do tree work for people for free, as long as I get the wood, for my wood stoves. It's funny, how weird people get, when I tell them, I'm not charging them anything, as long as I get the wood. They look at me like I lost my mind, because the tree services around here are crazy expensive. It's a win, win in my book. They save lots of money, and I get firewood, and a great feeling helping someone out. It's good to see Victor! Looks like he's doing good!

Billy, after many years of using Echo saws, I purchased a Hucky 562 a few months back...Ive put around 25 hours on it, while maintaining it after every cord of wood, I would blow out the entire engine, and air filter, remove the bar and clean it, sharpen the chain, and blow out the air fins on the left side of engine...Heres where the trouble starts, four days ago, I was cutting yet another cord of firewood, and all the sudden the engine stops running...Upon inspection, I remover the spark plug, nothing suspicious , remover the air cleaner looking down into the carb., didn't see anything suspicious , however the air filter did look like it was getting very tired, but I didn't see any visible holes...It was after I removed the Muffler, I find that the Piston was in really bad shape...next day, I took it to my selling dealer, and was told that it was my fault, because the air filter failed, thus dusting my engine...I have been using chain saws for over 40 years, and have never had this happen before...Could you mention on your videos, asking others that watch you, if anyone else has had this issue with there Husky 562 model saw...Im very Angry, and upset that my dealer will Not stick up for me at all. Sincerely Rodney, Gaston Oregon 97119
@matthewstone84665 жыл бұрын
Very surprised they wouldn't immediately go for a fuel mix issue or something of that nature. I'm very surprised your dealer wouldn't stand by the saw. Also surprised they'd even try to blame it on a filter. Last used saw I bought was a 372xp, the filter was whooped. I made money with it for over two months before I got around to going and getting it a full tune up worth of gifts. I am still running that saw as my primary saw once the climbing is over. Maybe reach out to Husqvarna on Facebook or through the Website?

At first they did go after the fact that I didn’t the correct fuel oil mixture, but I knew it was coming, and I had the gas can of unused gas with me, it then they turned it on my lack of maintenance!
