I have 262 XP and it cuts very well and smooth but not like that 266. By the way, thats some pretty wood. That would bust easy. Me and my daddy sold fire wood for years never had a wood splitter. Always used a go-devil and wedges. Then daddy found an old fireman’s ax. Man, it made quick work of red oak and white oak. Miss my daddy and the work we used to do.

I love your plan and wish you prosperity from the channel. I can't stress enough how much joy it brings me to watch these videos when I can't go out and cut wood. In addition it's awesome how much knowledge you have in the tree business. You're without a doubt one heck of a role model. Thank you and be kind 😁

Great job fellas! It's nice to help people out. I live in a small town, and do tree work for people for free, as long as I get the wood, for my wood stoves. It's funny, how weird people get, when I tell them, I'm not charging them anything, as long as I get the wood. They look at me like I lost my mind, because the tree services around here are crazy expensive. It's a win, win in my book. They save lots of money, and I get firewood, and a great feeling helping someone out. It's good to see Victor! Looks like he's doing good!

that cedar looks like it should have gone to the mill
@rickszabo43124 жыл бұрын
the logistics of getting those few trees out of that subdivision to a mill are cost prohibitive , how to load and haul out would be difficult, in BC a lot of mills are shut down
@Ramdodge5824 жыл бұрын
@@rickszabo4312 around here some people would just toss it on a small bumper pull trailer with a small loader and take it in. Doesn't need to be a full log truck. Only for cedar though, other species, full trucks only and it doesn't pay well, after truck cost, about 400 bucks.
