If you got air leaks you should try using rubber o rings near the carburator hole thing before you slide the carb on the intake manifold and carb their should be a rubber o ring

No I’ve never owned a jack shaft kit. I ve always wanted one but I heard the bearings are trash in them and go out very fast

I didn’t even measure I just ported and got lucky she ripped. I’m working on another as we speak, a yd100 with a ld100 head. I will be taking port number down and posting them. Maybe I’ll record it

How did you mitigate the ring bulge isssues? I had bad luck if i did both sides of the intake like that. Snagged like hell in me 😂. Short story 💥💥💥💥💥💥💥💥💥💥💥💥💥💥💥💥💥💥💥💥💀

I haven’t had any problems with it yet. Piston had a bunch of blow by before I ported, the top ring end gap was .5mm before this video😭😭 and would only start on choke so I put a brand new top ring with a .38mm ring gap and she seems happy. I have seen them pivot the cylinder stud holes to about 1 o’clock and that might be enough to catch the rings

Hey bro I have a ? I have tried everything on my motor it as no air leak now but runs like shit the oz reed I think I need a windowed piston I put a skirt on the piston but I don't think it's enough what do you think ?

Sorry I’m barely seeing this. Gap your plug to .040mm and set your magneto coil clock wise as much as it’ll go, probably will move like .5mm but that’ll change you timing more towards the top end

bruh make sure you had some lights on. driving at night without any lights is dangerous especially in town.
