Thank you so much, I really needed this video, your helping me so much to understand that recovery isn't easy and I am glad to have deiscovered your videos when I did because I've been feeling quite low and showing signs of my old ways of the dreaded Anorexia, I hate all the downs, but at least with every up and rainbow moment eventually I will grow into a new confident person that just eats food because I will honor the hunger one day.
