Portlandia never fails to deliver surreptitious laughs & hilarious deadpan performances. This is what I was thinking. It’s more than a little mind blowing the social shift that has occurred. Fred Armison’s character is clearly the most “absurdly woke” character in the show and yet, that very character would get canceled today for saying “women can’t grow mustaches that thick”.
