For the record, World Warrior M.Bison (Vega/Dictator) did have a lose portrait (absent in this video), except it was unused in the original. It later appeared in console ports of the arcade SFII. Not sure how many people were aware of it.

There were many ways to obtain the WW lose portrait for M.Bison (Dictator) 1.) tcrf.net/Street_Fighter_II 2.) The DOS version of the original SFII has it just before the player ending. 3.) There's a SFII WW hack by Yumeji. You can get it from that. 4.) Pretty sure you can character slot hack/change in the original SFII arcade, and set player mode to CPU to get it, since it would not be the final stage,

I noticed that Chun-Li, Dhalsim, and Dictator had incorrect details in the WW portraits, which were fixed (though Bison still has pupils and a star instead of a death's head). Zangief and Boxer had to wait until Super. Zangief's suspender strap was never removed throughout the whole arcade run. I now wonder if it was intended to be implemented in some other form, like an intro. Some of the Champion Edition portraits were also slightly tweaked in Hyper Fighting, such as Ryu’s and Sagat’s. Hard to notice due to them all having the alternate colors. Many of the defeat portraits in CE still more strongly resemble their WE counterparts than the standard ones do. This is likely due to the re-use of tiles between the games.
