Portrait Sketching with Charcoal

Everything in this video is in real-time, but I’ve edited out everything except the actual drawing strokes (pauses, hand movements, etc.) Just trying something a little different. Thanks for the comment, I have, actually (you can see some examples by following my links if you'd like). I use both mediums in a similar way, although I'm not sure if I paint the way that I draw or if I draw the way that I paint. :)

If you mean the holder, it's just a pencil holder that I've wedged the charcoal stick into.
