Portugal will only have a bright future when minimum salary is more than 700€, on a country where average decent living cost is about 2000€ if you have a family of 3, when house rent, gas and supermarket products prices are always going up and your salary is stagnant for more than a decade.

You forgot waiting 1+ year for a family doctor appointment IF you have one, 12+ hour waiting in emergency rooms and young adults stuck in their parents houses as late as 34 years old.
