Still keeping some special memories from there.😊 We eere there for 2 weeks and went also to the mountains which are at 2000m altitude. Enjoy your stay

4:12n fun fact, when you see very old roman ruins, some of which are in portugal (thought not the one shown here), romans did indeed have concrete that has lasted 2+ millenia because of a fairly unique "quicklime" technique they used which allowed their concrete to be self-healing as cracks developed over time. iirc, with the roman concrete process, any new cracks healed within a few weeks when exposed to water (eg from rain). was a mystery for a long time. written up in a peer reviewed journal a couple of years ago.

Great video! Thanks for the list of your gear. We are hiking from Porto Covo to Lagos in April. We’re so excited to try a Pastel de Nata! Hopefully we can eat many of them. 😂

That was fantastic... I love Portugal, but I've only ever done single day hikes. Would love to do something like you and Sade did. Thanks for sharing Chase.

Thru hiking is the best way to see a country. Inn to inn. Try Ireland too. They have the best thru hikes also! Happy trails!

Looks stunning. I've been to the south coast of the Algarve twice and the beaches and dunes are next level over there. Will there also be a part 2 video about Italy?

Awesome!!! Great thing to watch while putting miles on my bike. 🤩 But, where is your Grayl?? Wouldn't travel without it, but that's me 😊

Winter biking is always a fun time to binge some KZbin content. Interesting, I’ve never carried one! What is your reason? Thanks for watching!

@ChaseChristopher1 sorry, I had to correct the spelling! Too many miles on the bike apparently fried my brain 🤣
