Sophia congratulations that is the right way to make Pastel de Nata. The only thing I would like to point out it's the puff pastry shell should be thinner, you could have cut it into 24 instead of just 12 and that way you would have had a much more crunchy shell when ready and they will taste even better. Other than that, everything it's perfect. Next time I go to Portugal I will buy some proper Pastel de Nata baking cases/tins. P.S: Your channel is amazing xx
