I used to count in my head with that 2 second count. Seeing a left handed golfer gave me a different perspective on the hip rotation. You're right by the way, rhythm is the essential key element. Being anxious kills the swing!

My coach loves to make me do the hedeki drill, no way to cheat it, you’re either in the right position at the top or you’re going to hit a stinker 😂, this kid looks like he could stay up there all day and still hit it great.

I struggle keeping my hands in front of my body on the down swing. So I usually hit a fade, or get the face open more and slice the ball completely. I've been using the Hedeki drill, but can't seem to get those hands out in front🤔

interesting how weak his trail hand seems. my dad was having a fit today saying my grip is too wear and i keep slicing...just started 4-5 months ago and it's been....rough haha

I see where you're coming from but, no. This set up is not S & T. Hand path on take is straight back. There is no forward lean in backswing and the finish position is more upright where S & T almost has reverse C.
