Another gem from Adam. Not sure if he will ever see this, but this lesson is really helping me enjoy golf again. I think hip depth and rotation around the lead hip separates a lot of good golfers from the ones who just stab at the ball and pray for the best. Really love the clarity and repetition in his teaching concepts, as it provides a clear message rather than overwhelming us with new technique for clicks.

Since I'm tall, like Shane, I love watching his swing! Rewatching this video, I've been struggling with keeping my chest down and not early extending. I think right knee into left knee is the key for me! Thanks, Adam & Shane, & Happy New Year to both of you!

Great, great, great as always. Keep the chest down longer……..don’t let the right knee go forward toward the ball……try some “knock down” through the first floor window vs second floor shots. Thanks so much for putting these together.

Look at a spot in front of the golf ball that you’re intending to hit. Keeping your eyes on something stable like that may help resist the urge to follow it with your eyes
@markkindell63652 жыл бұрын
I'm enjoying your golf coaching, the one that really helped me was the golf club butt following the front of yr body in the release, I all worked out if I imagine a spot in my lower stomach staying in the same spot ,works great

The only way i can keep my right cheek back on the downswing is by feeling like i get my right knee to slightly kick inward to start the downswing. Is this ok?
@danieljo75432 жыл бұрын
Is there a video that talks about release? When I try to do this swing it feels like I can’t keep the trail arm straight right after impact? Is that a flexibility issue?
