I really enjoy your videos. Inspired me to suggest to my husband that we should try something similar. However where we live in New York the bike trails are over populated with ATVs. But...your posh nosh...surely my dude you could have done better. Dried lentils over a can of beans would surely be lighter to transport and would have made a lovely mushroom lentil stew. Much nicer and healthier. My granddaughter, age 8, liked your uploads as well. She now thinks its the height of hilarity to call me Poppet. ;)

Thank you so much for saying so. You might need to find some real countryfied back roads - deep in the Pennsylvanian or Massachusetts countryside no doubt, down in the sort of rural places where they filmed The Secret of Harvest Home (Whistling Bridge wasn't it?) where the traffic is low volume and mainly agricultural. Perhaps even in Amish heartlands. The posh nosh is in name only, haha, less posh in reality of course. Mrs Doubtfire used the term 'Poppet' when 'she' was first "introduced" to his youngest wee daughter in the role of housekeeper. In our next series we'll be going to Anglesey (Wales) by train with the E bikes. Thank you so much for watching, and Kind Regards.

We live in the Catskills, Rip Van Winkle country. We have been to Lancaster, Amish country, which I am not unfamiliar with as I lived in Pennsylvania for a number of years. Very commercial and I was not impressed. Gettysburg Pennsylvania and surrounding area would be a much better choice and I love it there. New England we are very familiar with, my husbands sister lives in the extreme country there. Although the mountains are so high I think it would be exhausting at best. We love the coast of Maine, which is beautiful. I'm thinking a bit further south, Virginia, where my mother lives, would be an easier bike ride. As she lives in the Jamestown/Yorktown/Williamsburg area it's a much smoother ride...and flat. Looking forward to your new uploads. Like a nosy rosy ;)
