Loved the video, great reminder of our first IH meet at Sands,winds,rain and sun of Luce, would certainly visit again in any weather, we both love Scotland and have family history there so feels a little like home.

Love your little red lock. 40 years!! Congratulations a little wary. The maze was cool. Too bad about the wind and rain, but then again we’ve had our fair share in Florida. I think I’d get seasick with the van rocking like that? 💕😊

Hi Trev and Sue, lovely video, aah loved the red padlock, 40years "Congratulations" , the maze was fun . A lovely campsite, a little blustery but you managed to get a good walk, the beach was a bonus being so close to the site, Oscar and Sophie were enjoying themselves 💗,loved the decorations in Smirf x

It’s a large mainly rural community were we stayed and mainly just gentle hills. Unlike the dramatic scenery of the highlands 😃 as you said, equally beautiful 👍🏻 Trev

Yes it’s very busy in Summer but it’s mainly park homes and static caravans so it’s not like a big touring site and the facility blocks only serve the touring pitches. The laundry areas are probably shared though. 😃 Trev

Seems like a lot of people choose Gretna to get married. It was an interesting place to stop for elevensies but no wedding bells for us 🤣 Scotland is full of surprises though 😉🚐 Trev

that was definitely a bit blustery, even for Scotland.. summer tour probably a good idea but remember the midges down there don't take any prisoners.. Congratulations on your 40th Wedding anniversary, great video, take care both, much love xx

Lovely, we have missed Scotland this year, planning a return in the spring . Not many places quite like it . We’ve never been to Gretna Green but due to go to a wedding there in June next , really looking forward to it. Such a nice watch thanks Helen and Martin

The lock thing is very cool. Cute little community. Always nice to spend a little money while you're passing through or staying nearby. My gosh it's crazy windy there. But oh my what a great place to camp. Such an amazing view! It's great that you have so many windows so you can still enjoy the lovely scenery. I love to camp by the water. Um Sue, please don't go for a walk. You might blow away!! Great vid, guys! Thanks for sharing!!

I must call in at Gretna Green next time - passed it so many times but keep forgetting! Lovely to see you both with your commemorative padlock. The scone Sue was putting the jam on looked lovely too. Looks a nice site and always nice to be by the beach and sea, the rainbow and the sunrise looked great. Nice Smurf got to spend time with brothers and sisters. Hopefully they will restore the bridge at some point. Shame about the weather when the rain and wind came, but still sounds like you had a great trip and meet and got some ok (even decent at some points) weather. That’s some rocking in the storm. All those IH motorhomes…… and not one of them is mine 🙊🤣…….🤞 Nice to have direct access to the beach for dog walking, another site I’ll add to my list - good for doing the SW300 trip. Loving the bunting, bit I’ve never heard of hanging a watering can up to ward off witches 🤣😂 If you don’t have to take the dog out in it, there’s something cozy about being in a van when its battering wind and rain outside (for short periods….). Company had a Team Cluster Meeting @ GG , there was a Wedding on then , a Piper Bringing the Happy Coup!e to the Point of No Return lol , Reminded me When my Sister got Married and a Piper ( my old Careers Teacher @ School) Piped Her Self and My Dad into the Church . Saw a IH MH Parked up @ Cruchan Power Station Visitors Centre on our Way Back From Holiday as Pulled in for a Drink Silver it was ,as IH Base virtually a Stones Throw From my House
