What is it like in Positano at Christmas? Well, it is certainly not at all commercial, no rushing around to buy presents. In fact apart from all the cake making life seems to be pretty much going on as normal!
We take a lovely walk along the beaches and peek inside a beautiful beach hut.
We stop in at the Paradise Bar to see the production of Panettone. A huge grazie per Gaspare @barparadisepositanofor giving me his footage of the panettone making!!
I show you a typical morning at home and then we go in search of the second hole above Montepertuso.

My husband and I stayed in Positano 14 years ago. We absolutely fell in love with it and have such fond memories of that visit. We hope to return there one day. I so enjoy your videos, because they highlight what an amazingly beautiful spot Positano is, along with the rest of the Amalfi Coast. I also watch Luca and Sara on LEAW and love them as well. My husband and I live in Northern California and are 100% Italian. Our grandparents came from near Lucca and Genoa, and our Italian heritage is important to us and our children and grandchildren. I am living in Florida USA. The Amalfi Coast is where my heart is. I have been coming to Priano for 40 years. I come every two years with my friends. We were there 2019, so May of 2021 with Gods will we will be back. I love following you and your family. I see so many familiar places. I am 73 so to old to move thre now. I had tried to buy a home 10 years ago but nothing that I could afford. So I settle for 5 to 8 weeks every two year. For the past 10 years we have stayed at Gemma De Pippo in Praino. My dad was British but still dunked traditional cookies or biscuits in coffee or dark tea😉. He had longtime good Italian clients and friends who dropped off wine, bread, and Panetonne each year. My mom was French Canadian so not her favourite but she did enjoy it and the other goodies! A close childhood friend of mine was Italian and I still remember the amazing food but also LOVE. Like I was a daughter. Best hugs! Still makes me tear up. ❤️🇨🇦

1. Why is drone banned in positano... Mavic mini is allowed in most of the areas... 2. Was really waiting for a drone shot far away in the sky and slowing approaching your home and finally landing in Carlo's hand .... perhaps u might have shot one such clip before u were reminded not to use 😏 3. By the way how is drinking water supplied on top of the mountains in positano.. always wondered.. Watching your videos is like mix of farm life + tourist destination + beach life + how to make stuff To sum it up.. absolutely great stuff to watch.. 😀

I had to rush to the ER twice this weak including yesterday. Yesterday I relaxed myself watching your uploads:) Thank you!!! I love love love your doggy🤗🤗😘😘😘 She is ALWAYS THE STAR. I don’t know if it is possible, but can you do a series of house/home tours from over there. Like your house, your in-laws, friends....just regular people’s regular houses. Just the way they are! They don’t need to rush and clean and decorate etc. I find it fascinating how the houses are built - like one on top of the into this cliff/mountain??? My charlotte tilbury make up arrived yesterday so i will try to do some make up you have motivated me and i am all of 63 (next month) and never bothered with make up . I was looking at your healthy green veg. my dad grew a lot when i was young as it helped feed the family as we were not well off but i remember the caterpillars had a feeding frenzy and the cabbages had lots of leaves eaten and the wriggly things lived in the cabbages kind of put me off.Thankyou both for all your hard work with the filming and sharing

I found your channel yesterday and watched a solid 8 hours of it, then woke up this morning and watched some more 😂 I’ve visited Positano once and Amalfi a couple of times, it’s the place that makes me the happiest but I live in Australia so it’s a long way to go (worth it!). Another beautiful video! My grandfathers and my uncles would dunk their bread in their coffee’ s along with biscotti and annisette toast and they called it “ a zuppa “ . They really enjoyed it! The drone footage was beautiful. Nice work Carlo!🌟👏🐶🦆🐓 I love Chocolate Pannetone! 🥮❣️

The drone footage is stunning! I am always amazed how such a small gizmo can be so technically brilliant and go so high and so far - the images it captures are so clear. I am so thrilled to have found this channel. I have always wanted to go to Italy. When I was in the Air Force I got orders to be stationed at Aviano. I was so excited. Sold about everything we had, found homes for our animals to be able to leave the country. Sadly about 23 hours before boarding the plane my orders were cancelled. I was so heartbroken but maybe it was a good thing and the Lord knew I would not want to come back to the USA. Your videos answer so much of my curiosity about your gorgeous country and lifestyles. Someday I may be come to Italy and explore and hear the lapping of the water myself. I appreciate your time and all you put into the videos and the realness !
