I loved this. Thank you for sharing. My husband and I also did hypnobirthing for our first and we had a wonderful birthing experience too despite being 42 weeks and giving birth to a 9lb 6 baby! He's 20 months now and I still have yet to write the birthing story but positive birth stories are so needed for mummas!

See videos like this are so beyond helpful. I’ve done the hypnobirthing course and I feel like I’m conditioned to believe that ALL first time mum’s HAVE to be induced and then ALWAYS go on to have long, traumatising births. This gives me such hope I’ll get my dream of a water birth 🥵💖🥵💖

Im 31 weeks so stocking up on Positive Birth Stories and i think this has got to be my favourite 😃👍!!!!! Ive just finished the book by Siobhan Miller who runs the Positive Birth Company too so am familiar with the breathing & im going to use the Freya app too! Well done you, you did amazing & this has really helped me! I pray for calm, safe, positive births for myself and all the other Mums to be out there! And also, ahhh Ezra is gorgeous!!!!!! Thankyou! It is the weirdest thing because I don’t feel like I can compare it to anything that i’ve felt before. I don’t feel like pain is the right word, because it’s not something that’s being inflicted upon you - it’s your own body doing what it is designed to do! It’s not comfortable of course, but I think it’s like a completely new experience and feeling that can’t really be described. It’s incredible to think we have the strength within us to do it! Our bodies are capable of so much! Sorry that’s probably not super helpful lol!x
