Little funfact: Over long distances humans can basically outrun every animal. We are the last(or one of the last) so called persist predators that just outwalk their prey. We can walk for like an eternity before we need rest, not many animals are capable of doing that. The only animal that could at least keep up with us is the wolf, thats why we started taming them.

The race was run between what were then Australia's two largest shopping centres: Westfield Parramatta, in Sydney, and Westfield Doncaster, in Melbourne. He ran at a slow loping pace and trailed the leaders for most of the course, but by denying himself sleep and running while the others slept, he slowly gained on them and eventually won by a large margin.

I wonder if the spikes could tax deduct jim’s mortgage as a business expense as content creators… ive seen people do things as silly as “putting (misc object) on a couch behind the content creator” as a means of turning the thing they wanted to buy but didn’t want to pay for into a tax write off. Specifically coming to mind as an example, there’s TheFatElectrician that has directly called attention to the fact that he has done it and is able to justify it as part of “creating a scene/aesthetic” by literally placing a firearm on the couch behind his desk in the background because it’s thematic for his channel. Now hes gone so far as to have his wife walk in while he’s doing the ad-read in the beginning of the video carrying the aforementioned newly purchased firearm.

Really entertaining game! One trick against Charismatic Conqueror is that you can tap your creature in response to the trigger (like to have it saddle up) then tap it to the Conqueror. Denies that 1/1 which can definitely add up even if it's not the biggest deal
@UttermostShama3 ай бұрын
Pretty sure that doesn't work, as the only ruling says if the permanent is tapped as the ability resolves you make a vampire. Its why Delney+Conqueror always gets you a minimum of 1 vampire.

15:38 EDIT: THIS IS WRONG @Aaron You can saddle Calamity with the PFB in response to the Charismatic Conqueror trigger, and then retap the already tapped PFB to the trigger, preventing Bill from creating the 1/1
@gerardoramos317910 күн бұрын
I think this is incorrect. The ruling is as follows: "If the permanent is tapped as the ability resolves, the opponent can't choose to tap it, so you'll create a Vampire token. Similarly, if it's no longer on the battlefield as the ability resolves, they can't choose to tap it, and you'll create a Vampire token."

@gerardoramos317910 күн бұрын
@@joedoe7572 the worst part is because of the way the ruling is you can end a game in a draw if three different players control a charismatic conquerer because a vampire will always be made indefinitely since you can't pay the tap cost for both 🙃

PFB is insane in edh because it triggers per player hit, so 3 opponents triggers it 3 times, multiplied by 3 PFBs for 9 total triggers
