Once monarch is introduced it stays until the end of game. If the active player is the monarch and leaves the play the next player in turn order becomes the monarch.

So, at 15:39, I don’t think JBM can create another token. FOMO creates another combat phase, but not another main phase. JBM’s ability can only be activated as a sorcery, which means it can’t be activated during a combat phase. Am I incorrect? Not trying to nitpick. Honestly just trying to make sure I understand the interaction between the two cards correctly.

I was about to say "all effects that create an extra combat phase also create a main phase", but no, you do seem to be correct, FOMO creates it during combat, so it goes directly from 1st combat to 2nd combat, and Balloon Man only activates at sorcery speed, so this combo doesn't work.

This was a great game although I honestly think the Room deck is pretty boring compared to the rest and showcasing it so often is not the best. I understand it's a new mechanic, but it doesn't make for interesting gameplay. I wish something else would have made an appearance.

Heya folks, just wanted to say that Toy is actually an Artifact Type, not a Creature Type, so Roaming Throne doesn't work. It's the same ruling as Shrines for Go-Shintai of Life's Origin
