Possibly Two of The Fastest E-Motos VS The World

What was supposed to be a race against DragRon & Mini Ron tuned into a full day of racing sport bikes, supermotos, electric converted scooters, & cars. Was a blast racing even though we lost to almost everything out there Blake with the Mini Ron held it down for the E Motos to the point that people didn't even want to attempt to race him.
We have a ton of work to do on our DragRon. We are planning a bigger motor and controller (maybe an axial flux motor), custom external mounted swingarm, custom jackshaft or possibly eliminate it completely, a actual drag tire, and possibly some weight reduction. Our goal is to make at least 65hp (currently 38hp), and to trap 100mph in the 1/8th mile.

@@gritshift Ormond beach FL, last setup did 0-60 3.3 on dragy (without run out) 7.6 1/8th mile. Wont be to longer for the new setup, and Id love to.

I seen, thats about the same as us. in 0-60. We are getting killed in the top end. Blakes razor is sub 3 sec. Im 100% confidant now after riding his that these bikes can easily get low 2 second 0-60 times. So your roughly 4 hours from us. We will 100% meet up! We have a few things to do to our bike, then we will be ready in about a month or so. Did you get the swingarm and stuff installed yet? or is the bike pretty much the same from the last video you posted about a year ago?

@@gritshift In all transparency, since I was poking the bear with my initial comment. I know Blake and he's cool as shit. Since that pass. I have installed and modded much more. Extended Swing Arm. Upped Voltage from 72-96V Swapped Motors and Motor RPM. Increased Battery Amps. Doubled Phase Amps. (Well Waiting On Controller to do this) My Goal is Sub 3 second. I am in a dreaded standstill waiting on a custom controller. (Paid for In October). Right now with a temporary controller the bike makes 75WHP/345 Ft LB of tq. MY Goal with new setup is roughly 100 WHP 500TQ. I would love nothing more to get the bike out and race others, for fun, for money, for YT Videos. I just want to have fun and enjoy what I built among others. I would love to give you a timeline, I cant at the moment. Could be a week, or months as they just keep telling me "Soon" "Another PCB revision" Regardless thank you to people like you guys and Blake who put this type of racing out there.

How can you claim to be close to one of the fastest emotos when a stark varg stock has 80hp, you dynod at 29..... I guess that is almost half as much power

We beat the Stark, And Blake would really destroy one. They are very fast, but heavy and also really hard to keep the front wheel down. You would need a really good rider on the bike to come close. We will make a video on this in the future. Its time for us to get back in the dirt.

@@TheRealMime-_- Im not sure, we really need to find out though! There is a lot to factor when going above 75mph. i.e. rolling resistance, wind speed, air density, etc. I would say my "guess" is 115mph? I think in 1/4 mile we can roll over 100mph. Maybe we will do a top speed test this weekend to give Jack Cecil some comp.

@@TheRealMime-_- I wouldn't be able to say, I have only used the TC500 a year or two ago, that was before they recalled all of their beta testers products. SO there new parts Motor and Tc1000 I have never used. Ive seen people with good results on them, but I think you are limited to Line current on any of the TC controllers when comparing it to other brands.

Thanks! And yeah we post as much as time permits. But sometimes its also nice to just put the camera down and enjoy the moment. Im the owner and I do all of the film and edits, it becomes a lot sometimes when we are just trying to disconnect from the world and ride.
