😮. Wouldn't there have been a copper arbitrage? Any locally rare material has a higher value. In other regions where that material is abundant it is cheap. So those visiting cruise ships would have a cargo hold full of copper to trade to the primitives.

All because of their deranged climate change BS and lust for power over all.
