Crying. Covid is a demon. I am debilitated with vertigo, dizziness, no taste (ageuisia) lingering cough, exhaustion, headache and stomach intestinal cramps. Bed ridden. It's thr plague. I can't even taste apple juice. It all taste like vinegar in my mouth. I feel helpless and debilitated. It's been 1 month.

I’m with you and feel with you!!!!!!!! Today is 4 weeks post Covid and I feel debilitating fatigue and I am becoming so helpless. It is unbearable some thing I’ve never experienced in my whole life. The first few days during the active infection were not even bad it was so mild. This deadly fatigue has hit me on day nine. I can’t even leave the house I haven’t left the house in 30 days. Gosh I feel with you and it’s really a horrible plague.

I kept hearing Rudy this Rudy that and I’m lost-I believe India eats the healthiest out of any country in the world and I need to rid this inflammation-98% of Doctors are Corrupt or don’t care here in the States

Hello, Foods to completely avoid : Processed Food - Wheat, Gluten, Dairy, refined food, Red Meat, carbs, sugar, vegetable oil. Whats to eat : Eat pancakes made from pulses (Green gram) and Millets ( Finger Millet, Sorghum Millet, Pearl Millet) Egg whites, vegetables, Prebiotics : Curd (not sweetened) Include Garlic. Eat the rainbow vegetables & fruits. Drink 2.5 - 3L water Sleep 6-8 hours. Dont use seed oils, vegetable oils. Good fats : Ghee, Olive oil, Avocado oil, Omega 3 food, Breakfast recipe : Drink it daily on empty stomach. Pomegranate beetroot juice Amla (Indian gooseberry) 1 No. turmeric 1/4 teaspoon) Ginger 1/4 inch flax seeds 1/2 tea spoon Lemon baby spinach kale coriander Add a banana if you want & lemon if u like. For COVID for earlier recovery, a normal diet is recommended but fats in a minimum amount only especially if the patient has high fever. The meals should be complete consist of rice or bread, protein food, vegetable, and fruits to take nutrients from variety of foods. Plenty of fluids like water, soup, and fruit juices are recommended.

My doc said turmeric, green tea, and NAC helps a lot. Also, essential oils to restore sense of taste and smell. Gingko instead of aspirin for blood clots and circulation and heart issues.

Yeah we need a good amount of meat and fat from animals to recover. I'm eating a whole variety of foods and noting which ones are causing bad issues. So far, sesame seeds are a NO GO.
