Not really, hes just yelling as anyone else would when trying to be loud when angry, but theres no actual technique being used. Hes using his Cords, he doesnt inhale with his botom chambers, the growls and screams should not come from the throat but by the force of air leaving your body. He will throw his voice out like that and by the last yell you can hear it start fading.

E.g your false chords, or a vocal break for fry screams which engages your true chords, the thing you're referring to with the diaphragm is just breath support which is important also.

For those who are unaware, Post was childhood friends with Andy Leo from Crown the Empire and actually auditioned to be their guitar player back in the day - both of them have spoke on this topic in numerous podcasts. A quick google search and there’s a few pictures of them in middle school / highscool together. Also there’s a video out there of an old metal band he was apart of doing an Asking Alexandria cover (he’s the guitar player).
