Dear Imi, I just found this video this morning , hoping my blood sugar levels out as I don't like taking medication . I do quite a lot of you video's and I have never know anything like them , i love them and love your enthusiasm , you really motivate me . i just turned 60 and had uterine cancer last year so I am eager to get healthy . How is this possible? Me and everybody I know can't move after a meal😅 If we do exercise after we eat, we will feel nausea! And I always heard doctors say that we should wait 30 ms, at least, after meal to do something. Body needs rest to do a good digestion.

@@petiteblueeyes1 the body needs rest for anything in the 30 ms after eat. You can Google it. For swimming needs more, 3 hs or more, it depends of what you ate.
