Post Partum Underbutt Exercises - Target that DOUBLE BUTT!

I got more than 2 kids after my second pregnancy, I got 2 butts! Follow along with me as we target the underbutt (double butt) area in this workout. Ill show you key exercises that you can keep in your back pocket!
If you only want 1 crease under butt do these exercises as often as possible, preferably 4 times per week along with regular exercise and healthy diet to see optimal results.
This is a low impact workout that requires no equipment!

Unfortunately the “under butt” for people like me is just genetic 😅 I lost over 30 lbs, consistently using weights, and still have it. It’s just something I’ve tried to come to accept
