Oh my 🔥 My legs were on fire! I haven’t done one of your strength workouts in a while due to an injury (had to go with Pilates and/or Yoga only). I’ve missed these kind of “burn them out“ workouts! I am a sweaty mess, my legs and arms are worked out, I have stretched, I feel GREAT! ❤❤❤
