Great challenge for the body I loved the cardio moves sprinkled in to break it up and the leg finisher was great!

Wow this was hard! I like hard. Those holds at the end really tested my endurance. I had to take a few breaks during the finisher. Saving this one to do again.

Oh my 🔥 My legs were on fire! I haven’t done one of your strength workouts in a while due to an injury (had to go with Pilates and/or Yoga only). I’ve missed these kind of “burn them out“ workouts! I am a sweaty mess, my legs and arms are worked out, I have stretched, I feel GREAT! ❤❤❤

It took me two days to complete this workout 😁 I made the mistake of starting it yesterday after an intense HIIT cardio and I ran out of juice. Thank you Michelle. Suggestion for a new workout: TABATA kickboxing 😃
