Late Season Rifle Buck

December 7, 2023. Arkansas rifle season. Trying to find those late season bucks transitioning to green vegetation after a long rut. Conar puts down a great buck with just a few minutes of legal light. It was the only deer he saw that evening but it was the only one he needed.

Only two deer we’ve seen that were legal on that property since he shot one early season were the two bucks we killed. I’m not that picky lol
