Congratulations Bilal. What a fantastic score. Well done. I recently re-qualified and managed an A grade, I do attribute some of my success to Howard and these videos. Yes you can apply for a 2nd badge. Make sure you’ve completed your 20 hours of Additional Training and return your form to PADI

Bilal delivered the lesson that the pupil required, based upon their learning needs. You will need to identify a suitable pupil and fix the faults that present themselves on the day. Don’t make the mistake of choosing a subject then choosing a pupil to fit into your plan, that will fail you on planning.
