I’m so proud of you Doug!! I told all my friends that you could do it!! You look amazing and can tell you aren’t drinking so hard anymore.

So happy to see you didn’t drink too much on Thanksgiving and you are alive. I’ve been so worried about the community. No drugs and alcohol on Thanksgiving is a win. No pills. No cocaine

Doug is in the ZONE.This video is what i needed ,Thanksgiving eating over ,its time. Before I moved from a house to an apt I had a full basement gym and cut one of my barbells up to make a set that held heavier weight. Having 4 sets of dumbells all set up was a great time saver. Now I go to a gym to workout here in CT> and have resistance bands at home which surprisingly give me a good workout, not like weights but good. Got to loose some weight ,not too much but im tuning in here to stay in the zone . tom

no alcohol is a massive win, don't worry about daily weigh ins try every couple of days as well as waist measurements, sometimes I find my weight is similar but I've lost a good amount off the waistline, as long as you got your workout in the next day that's all that matters!

Dougie Boy- it's almost impossible to not overeat on Thanksgiving. No harm no foul. I have started your 1M steps in 1 Month challenge. On day 3. I was getting lazy and unmotivated and I needed a kick in the pants. It's pretty cold out but so far so good
