+Aloysius Xavier Lilius Pendergast i saw it when it got released and i fuckin HATED it. i saw it recently again. I AM SO LOVING IT. 2 choices: either i matured or i got much dumber. he didnt REALLY NAIL it, but overall its a BEAUTIFUL rendition to postal overall. plus i think the cast was reeeeally nice.

pro tip in life: if you're in a job interview and the ask you dumbass questions like "if you had an elephant, what would you do with it", just leave. If they don't value your time at that point, they wont value it when you work for them.

not really. These questions are common and have a deeper purpose: They know these questions are moronic and actually they don't expect a good answer. They test you if you can adapt to new situations or problems. Even if your answer is idiotic you show that you can think straight ahead and come up with solutions right away. Of course it is questionable if these tests are valuable and they are not very liked but they do serve a specific purpose.

"It's only a formality" "Ok, can we get this over with, I have tons of work to do! Plus I have two trainees that need supervising" So there was that. Always scratced my head about that. Why???
