Full Posterior Focused Leg & Core Workout from the team at Lions Den SMP. This workout is centered around the Hinge category of movement. This is an at-home workout that you can do with a Bumper Plate, a Dumbbell, a Back Pack or anything else you want to use for weight.
Warm-up:
5-10 Minute of Dynamic Movement
Inch Worms
Bear Crawl
Straight Legged Bear Crawl
Duck Walk
Spiderman Lunge with Rotation
1 minute Plank to warm up the core
Part 1:
5 Rounds
12 Romanian Deadlifts
*60 seconds rest in between
Part 2:
4x - 3 Minute AMRAP (2 minute rest in between)
10 Sumo Deadlift
10 Plate Ground to Overhead
10 Up-Downs
Part 3:
3 Rounds
10 Plank Walks
10 Russian Sit-ups
20 Russian Twists
