A lot of people are very familiar with anterior pelvic tilts and lower crossed syndrome.
In this video, I discuss the opposite posture pattern called a posterior pelvic tilt. Diane Lee also calls this a butt gripper strategy. This posterior pelvic tilt pattern is usually associated with a flat low back. This flat low back does not absorb shock as well and can lead to accelerated disc bulges and injuries.
