This makes me so happy! This was probably the hardest series for me to film because adjusting to 2 kids was a hot mess, but this is what kept me sane! I hope that you are thriving and choosing to be happy each day! You rock Katie!!

I just love your workouts! They are so encouraging and helpful!! I did a lot of your prenatal ones and about 6 weeks ago, I just had my third baby! It feels like a bit of a circus around here sometimes, but your workouts are helping me keep my peace of mind and get my body back to feeling great again! Thank you so much and God bless!

Congrats on baby #3!!! I feel you on the circus. Being a mom is the toughest yet most rewarding job that I have ever had the privilege of doing. I LOVE it, even if some days are CRAZY! Keep up the great work! I'm cheering for you! Stay in touch.

Thank you Nancy!!!!! I hit 6 weeks today, and was antsy to get back in it! Thankfully my little man, Canaan, laid down for a nice nap to allow me to get a glisten!

YES!!! What a blessing to have sweet Canaan in your home! Such a wonderful stage of life that I love! Way to listen to your body and jump back in at a pace that you feel comfortable with! I love it for the mental help! Hope your workout time does the same for you!

Very good workout, "I can do hard things." The body was made to move! :) Definately felt like you in the first half! 3 or 4 kids up and crawling around or mimicking your workout this morning! Got it done! I think I am going to go back and forth between video 1 and 2 until my core is strengthened. At least for the rest of this week. :) Thanks for sharing!

@@NancyTaylor It definitely a learning curve with life in general. Prioritizing exercise in general is the hardest for me. You kiddos are going to love having a little baby around!❤

Nancy, how much impact did taking off for baby have on your schedule when you came back?

My schedule was full when I came back, but I didn't see some of my regulars for awhile as I didn't open up near as many slots, and they couldn't book my class:(.... I made sure that all of my students knew I was going to be off for the month, and that helped a ton.
