Nancy!! You kicked my whole butt with this workout! I have a 2 year old, but I still love doing your prenatal/postnatal workouts. This is the first workout of yours that I was not able to complete with you. My first two attempts resulted in me giving up about halfway through. Today, I decided to just do the modifications that you recommend, and I was able to make it through the whole thing! My goal was to see the sights with you after the workout, and I was finally able to do that. Third time is a charm 🍀! My next goal is to complete the workout without the modifications. After months of only working out with you, I’ve decided to try jogging. It’s also something I’ve been building my capacity to do (because I’ve never been a runner). Last night, I ran 1.33 miles! Never thought I’d be able to do that. It’s like you always say, “I can do hard things.” Just as God promises that we can do all things through Christ Jesus! Thanks for encouraging your viewers to persevere and meet goals that may have previously felt unattainable. God bless!

Love these postpartum workouts where I’m done quickly, but get a great sweat! I’m wondering if you’ve ever considered doing a postpartum workout that is pelvic-separation friendly? I’m 3 months postpartum with baby #2, and still healing. So I have to avoid most all moves that switch/hop from one foot or leg movement to the other. I often am not sure what to do in place of those moves in your videos. Just an idea, as I bet there are more moms like me following along! ☺️ You’re great-thanks!!

Hi Nancy, I used and appreciated so much/loved your prenatal work outs.Thank you!!! I am very thankful for these postnatal work outs, and just love how positive and gentle and patient you are on your body both in body image and physical challenge, all of which we so need encouragement in these vulnerable vulnerable days, weeks and months post baby. I have had 8 kids now!!! So I did have to modify some of your prenatal work outs to not over do it, or push pause and give myself 5-15 min busy mama anyway breaks on your PRENATAL work outs. But because I waited sufficiently to start working out again, I am following your POST natal work outs just great! This one was a GOOD challenge, those shoulder pushups were killer. My arms are super tight from holding nursing baby on the go even sometimes, I appreciated the challenge and arm stretches. I see two just normal work outs, is that right? I would love more of those because you are so family friendly, really patient and kind with your children, modest and delightful in personality and so encouraging and refreshing and a great challenge.Love the outdoor work outs.

Thanks for the workout and working out without your sneakers. I didn’t have mine near me and was able to do the workout. I love the view. I was so unmotivated with so much lack of energy and lack of sleep with a newborn but you gave me the push to move and workout

I feel you on those days when it takes everything you have to just put on some workout clothes, hence why I always workout barefoot. I'm often in PJs too:) hehehe! I have come to find that if I just put on my workout clothes first thing in the morning that I make it happen!! Keep up the great work. You never regret a workout once you finish!

I am currently going through my postnatal journey with my third baby and uploading my videos onto my new channel Nancy Taylor Fitness. All workouts are low impact and Diastasis Recti Safe:) I will always show modifications as well!:)
