Thanks for your videos, they are amazing and really motivated me to work out after my second child. I started in Feb and have been working out with you every week day since then, I feel amazing! and I really love love Love HIIT workouts!! a suggestion: Would be amazing to have a playist with HITT workouts and perhaps have different durations 15-20-30 min. Thanks for putting this together! I love all of the modifications and that you even included a short warmup and cool down (most videos this length don't!), and it helps that it's mostly wrist-friendly as I can't put weight into one of my wrists. But I really hope you'll consider including at least a little dinging sound when the timer runs out. I found I was focused on good form and missed the transitions more often than not and spent most of the video feeling a bit lost. Maybe on my second time through I'll get the rhythm better. Thanks again!

Just done this as part of the September 23 calendar! 13 Weeke posy partum and I've been following the c section programme but thought I'd give this a try! Omgg I could not do the 1st section on the floor with the body in the air on your arms I've never been able to do anything like that so just did bridges instead 😅

so this is embarrassing but I just started this month so yesterday, hahaha, anyway, 6 months postpartum, very weak everything...I was not able to do the carb movements, like I could not hold myself up! I fell on my butt! Any recommendations on how to improve that besides loosing weight? :) Really trying to do this I feel so discombobulated hoping that by the end of the month I feel a little better and less of an amateur when I do the exercises! Love your videos though!

I love your workouts but they really need some more verbal cues about what to do next and maybe some dings to notify you when to take the 10 second break. I'm trying to follow along on my phone. Not everyone has a giant TV in front of them to watch where they are exercising.
