Derek & Sarah, I'm not sure when I first saw Derek, but he was so cute! He always smiled & laughed about everything family. Watching your family became contagious. I can't say I have seen every video because I can't seem to figure out all of the time frames & where you are in your life. Nevertheless, I think you are both adorable & so are Jack & Sunny who is now 4 months old. Right now you are sitting on your porch/deck. I just saw you leave Hawaii so I'm not sure if you are in Sydney or Utah. Surely there are young adults your age who must watch you & learn from the way you have fun, love each other & interact with Jack & Sunny. I thought I saw a video where you had another baby girl. See... I get lost. Maybe that's because I'm 75! Lol! (Old people watch, too!) I appreciate the fact that y'all (I'm in Louisiana) have had the opportunity to do wonderful things that I would think most people haven't done. So to me it's been like I've done them by just watching you & seeing how much fun you've had & how loving y'all are. Thank you for your honest, loving, and sometimes tearful conversations with each other & with US! Growing up in Utah had to be a whole lot more fun than in north Louisiana. Some wealthier people here have gone to other places for fun. I have had a very nice life here, but it's fun watching all the things you do & how you take care of your children. I hope when they are older they will watch your videos & see how much they have always been loved! I know this is a long comment, but I'll probably never comment again. Just want you to know how much I think most people love you. Don't worry about the others!

You both are so lovely and honest, and make my evening. I think moving back home is a great idea. It’s okay to feel sad and grieve the things that have changed. It is important to let yourself know your emotions count even if there is worse stuff going on elsewhere, or “it could be worse.” Crying is healing. Your tears allow you to process it all. Sending love and compassion to you both during these big changes. You are doing a good job. ❤

Y'all have eachother, a loving and supportive family, a job you can do together and a strong faith. Hold onto these things and eachother. You will be fine. Talk to your doctor for help with post partum depression. They can help at least a little.

I'm 20... I am from Illinois and have a almost 5 month old baby girl, and I have struggled so much with adjusting and postpartum depression that I'm ashamed with myself.. this video with you opening up just a glimpse about what you are going through helps..everything was great last year at the beginning of the year then in April 2022 my boyfriend and I lost our job (we worked in the same company) just a month after finding out we we were pregnant. Due to being pushed out by other people.. I had pre eclampsia at 32 weeks and was hospitalized until 34 weeks and induced.. she was born with fluid in her lungs from aspirating and was in the NICU for 3 weeks... I couldn't breast feed because I couldn't handle pumping for my baby that I couldn't even feed myself for 3 weeks. After she got home at 6 weeks she ended up getting pneumonia and rsv and was in the picu for another 3 weeks... We had moved and I picked up my blue unresponsive babygirl... She had flatlined several times because she had to be transferred to another hospital that was bigger with better equipment and it took them 5 hours. I had to watch them do CPR on my baby repeatedly lifeless on a hospital bed with a tube down her throat.. she's home and health now. 5 months and 15 pounds. Quite a short chuncker. The point of this was to say thank you. Thank you for being as vulnerable as you were for a few minutes about your postpartum.

Oh girl I just want to hug you and tell you you are doing a fantastic job mama! With all on your plate and your bf’s plate and such a journey for your baby in first few months you are my superhero!!!! Just know that if you will continue to struggle with it, definitely seek help by talking to your obg and then see if medicine helps. I had my girl 3 years ago. When Covid broke out and she was 6 months. I remember I was so joyful at birth. I wanted more kids and then hormones adjusted, fatigue set it, isolation and furlough during Covid and I fell into before I could realize it even. Now that I have more good days than bad, please be sure to seek out other mamas in support groups, obg (make sure they take you seriously) and then you ask for help. Know you are not alone. You are my absolute hero for how you got your baby taken care of even with all the obstacles. Great job mama!!!!! ❤

We’re having our first baby this summer in July. The thing that helps me not panic as much is always hearing that they aren’t tiny forever and those hardest parts at the beginning are only for a little while. Take your time with baby number 3. When it feels right, go for it and I pray that it works out for you quickly when you’re ready. I’m already 32 so I also have to think about my timeline with eventually wanting baby number two, but I know we will proceed when we feel ready as well. And more people love you two than not. Remember… the more people who know you, the higher the odds of running into negative, judgmental people. They do not represent your fans and the people you help with your videos all the time. You’re appreciated.

It gets easy when they start to talk and are able to convey what they want and you are able to explain more and more. Then the best part is when they start to ask questions and you can have whole conversations. Then you get a rough patch during puberty, but after that a longgggggg period of friendship. It's so much better to have a nanny and, therefore, to have that time and energy for yourself, your health, looking good, your marriage, your social life and your work, than to totally devote yourself 100% of the time,to the kids...and ending up breaking down. You are doing really well. You have a great support system ,you are a beautiful family, a strong marriage, strong identities and you have really sensible heads on your shoulders! It's great to see. My second child didn't sleep for the first year of her life whereas my my first child slept through the night from 16 weeks and with my daughter I was falling asleep on my feet so my partner suggested a night nanny. Best thing I ever did. I put her down after her bath and then she took over. I could take a shower and go to bed and sleep knowing my baby was being well taken care of. I made sure to pump enough during the day to take that anxiety away.y nanny went above and beyond I'd get upto a clean kitchen a tidied living room, folded laundry. A happy rested mummy is what a baby needs and you're doing a fantastic job.

I was a single parent from when my daughter was around a year old which is when she started sleeping through the night. I enjoyed single parenthood just me and my babies. They're grown now in their 20s and successful and most importantly happy. If any of your friends have a baby who doesn't sleep I'd definitely recommend a night nanny. Having a schedule will help you guys SO much. If you are able to at least sit down and figure out meals, self-care, bathtime, bedtime, etc. that will help a ton with feeling less overwhelmed. Another thing that has really worked for my husband and I with parenting is to trade off with childcare duty. That way, you both get a solid amount of time to yourself everyday, at least 2 hours each. I hope you don't take this as hate by the way. For me crying it out is like a restart button…I get over the cry, start thinking more clearly and can focus on the positives more. Being a mom of two is a tough job but you’re killing it girl!!! Keep up the great work but get more quality sleep…definitely need quantity sleep to rejuvenate your brain and body.

You guys are so awesome. Life is not a party. It’s a journey with ups and downs. The ups are easy to handle, but it is the downs that define any relationship. So many of us quit and run if anything gets even the slightest bit rocky and hard and that is so sad because that is what shapes you. Learning how to handle hard times is essential to not only your mental health and well being, but also affects the impact you have on everyone around you. One thing I have learned in my long journey through life is that God is real and I wish I had realized this much earlier so that I could have leaned on Him during the turbulent times instead of on my own understanding and that of man’s which is so flawed and keeps changing with time. Gods truth has never changed since He created the world, and once you come to this understanding you will experience an inner peace like no other. It is a life long journey that is impossible to make without Him. He came to this world fully human in order to redeem us as Jesus Christ so that we could be saved because we cannot save ourselves. You are in my prayers.

Whatever podcast you’re planning is probably going to be great, but we need a podcast between you two. The looks you give each other when you hear the other one speak of an experience is heartwarming, you’re both so engaged of what the other is saying. These kind of videos are the ones where I see your true selves come through. Idc what kind of content, never has to be exciting, just the day to day stuff that parents experience is more than enough. Thank you, for letting us see into your world. ❤️

Ok . . .to be honest, I watched your 'shorter' clips and thought you were almost like the other family living in Hawaii who travel the world! But now that I've been watching some of your longer videos, you guys ROCK! Father Beeston seemed to me like a real surfer dude ( in Australia that's means your a flake) but you man have a head on your shoulders . . .word. And Mrs Beeston is amazing . . .that clip of your reaction to Jack meeting Sunny for the first time FLIPS me out . . .you are sooo ooo genuine and gloriously beautiful on the inside. I'm ashamed to admit as an Aussie I have little tolerance for Americans, but watching your family puts me to shame. And you're not all 'God is great and crap' which is really really really refreshing. Loving your interaction with your adorable kids and with each other, sigh wish I was as fortunate as you are to have found your 'bestie'. Best wishes and keep those postings coming . . .can't get enough. p.s. I never comment totally beneath me but you're worth it. lol Love Lisa from Australia. It's so ridiculous. Not to mention her hair is already blonde-ing up. My Uncle and Aunt(both blue eyes, very light brown/dirty blonde hair) had all babies that looked the same until the last. Sarah I don’t know if this helps to hear, but how you’re feeling in this season of life is normal and valid. I’m a few years past you w my family, but have kids the same age gap as Jack and Sunny. When my son was born it was rainbows and butterflies. Less than 2 yrs later the addition of our daughter unexpectedly rocked my world. It was stressful, chaotic, and kind of isolating. Despite a beautiful healthy little girl I always wanted- I struggled w PPD. Going from 1 to 2 is rough, but I want to add that ime it’s the hardest transition. Things DO GET better. Routines make a comeback after the newborn stage and that light starts to creep back in. Before you know it you’ll be in the most blissful stage of parenthood and it will make all the struggles all worthwhile. You’re doing an amazing job 💗 P.s- there’s no shame in seeking help from doctors, or your husband.

I once had post partum blues.. For first time mom its noraml because we literally do not know what to do. Even if you attended classes of some sort before delivery, its still different when time comes. I remember feeling down and having fears of the unknown, and I just dont like the feeling that "you dont know what to do" . If there is one thing that i have learned from that experience is that you cannot keep it to yourself. You must talk to someone and definitely need the support of Derek. Always remember that your mind should be stronger, its in your mind and you have the power to stop it and overcome it. The only person that can help is yourself, if you welcome and wallow upon it then you will really fall in that pit. Post partum blues last a month and untreated postpartum blues can lead to post partum depression, as early as possible, it needs to be cured. Just sharing thru my experience, so that others will have the knowledge on how to deal with it. Most importantly pray to he heavenly father, He is the greatest healer and comforter. Godbless your family.
