Derek & Sarah, I'm not sure when I first saw Derek, but he was so cute! He always smiled & laughed about everything family. Watching your family became contagious. I can't say I have seen every video because I can't seem to figure out all of the time frames & where you are in your life. Nevertheless, I think you are both adorable & so are Jack & Sunny who is now 4 months old. Right now you are sitting on your porch/deck. I just saw you leave Hawaii so I'm not sure if you are in Sydney or Utah. Surely there are young adults your age who must watch you & learn from the way you have fun, love each other & interact with Jack & Sunny. I thought I saw a video where you had another baby girl. See... I get lost. Maybe that's because I'm 75! Lol! (Old people watch, too!) I appreciate the fact that y'all (I'm in Louisiana) have had the opportunity to do wonderful things that I would think most people haven't done. So to me it's been like I've done them by just watching you & seeing how much fun you've had & how loving y'all are. Thank you for your honest, loving, and sometimes tearful conversations with each other & with US! Growing up in Utah had to be a whole lot more fun than in north Louisiana. Some wealthier people here have gone to other places for fun. I have had a very nice life here, but it's fun watching all the things you do & how you take care of your children. I hope when they are older they will watch your videos & see how much they have always been loved! I know this is a long comment, but I'll probably never comment again. Just want you to know how much I think most people love you. Don't worry about the others!

It’s okay to feel sad and grieve the things that have changed. It is important to let yourself know your emotions count even if there is worse stuff going on elsewhere, or “it could be worse.” Crying is healing. Your tears allow you to process it all. Sending love and compassion to you both during these big changes. You are doing a good job. ❤

I'm 20... I am from Illinois and have a almost 5 month old baby girl, and I have struggled so much with adjusting and postpartum depression that I'm ashamed with myself.. this video with you opening up just a glimpse about what you are going through helps..everything was great last year at the beginning of the year then in April 2022 my boyfriend and I lost our job (we worked in the same company) just a month after finding out we we were pregnant. Due to being pushed out by other people.. I had pre eclampsia at 32 weeks and was hospitalized until 34 weeks and induced.. she was born with fluid in her lungs from aspirating and was in the NICU for 3 weeks... I couldn't breast feed because I couldn't handle pumping for my baby that I couldn't even feed myself for 3 weeks. After she got home at 6 weeks she ended up getting pneumonia and rsv and was in the picu for another 3 weeks... We had moved and I picked up my blue unresponsive babygirl... She had flatlined several times because she had to be transferred to another hospital that was bigger with better equipment and it took them 5 hours. I had to watch them do CPR on my baby repeatedly lifeless on a hospital bed with a tube down her throat.. she's home and health now. 5 months and 15 pounds. Quite a short chuncker. The point of this was to say thank you. Thank you for being as vulnerable as you were for a few minutes about your postpartum.

Oh girl I just want to hug you and tell you you are doing a fantastic job mama! With all on your plate and your bf’s plate and such a journey for your baby in first few months you are my superhero!!!! Just know that if you will continue to struggle with it, definitely seek help by talking to your obg and then see if medicine helps. I had my girl 3 years ago. When Covid broke out and she was 6 months. I remember I was so joyful at birth. I wanted more kids and then hormones adjusted, fatigue set it, isolation and furlough during Covid and I fell into before I could realize it even. Now that I have more good days than bad, please be sure to seek out other mamas in support groups, obg (make sure they take you seriously) and then you ask for help. Know you are not alone. You are my absolute hero for how you got your baby taken care of even with all the obstacles. Great job mama!!!!! ❤

We’re having our first baby this summer in July. The thing that helps me not panic as much is always hearing that they aren’t tiny forever and those hardest parts at the beginning are only for a little while. Take your time with baby number 3. When it feels right, go for it and I pray that it works out for you quickly when you’re ready. I’m already 32 so I also have to think about my timeline with eventually wanting baby number two, but I know we will proceed when we feel ready as well. And more people love you two than not. Remember… the more people who know you, the higher the odds of running into negative, judgmental people. They do not represent your fans and the people you help with your videos all the time. You’re appreciated.

It gets easy when they start to talk and are able to convey what they want and you are able to explain more and more. Then the best part is when they start to ask questions and you can have whole conversations. Then you get a rough patch during puberty, but after that a longgggggg period of friendship. I am fairly disabled my back doesn't allow me to do much anymore in my late 60's so I love watching you two and your kids I love seeing people in love and the kids are icing on the cake. I love watching you with the Beeston bunch that is a lovely relationship too and so nice to see with so much hate and violence. Just keep doing what you are doing and you will make us happy. I too had endometriosis but I was trying to have a baby in 1974 and to here weren't all the medical advances that we now have and I was never lucky enough to have a baby. So watching you just makes me happy

Just wanted to tell you that I like the way you keep certain things to yourself. My dad always told me .. If you want to keep your friends there are 3 things to keep to yourself 1. Your religion 2. Politics 3. How much money you make. I passed it down to my kids and I'm glad I did because now these same 3 things apply to almost every facet of a persons life. Your social life and work life for sure. You both are troopers and made of good stuff. Happy journey kiss n hugss the babies for me love always DD

I’m 7 months in with my second baby and a 3 year old and I feel Sarah so much. The mental battle of not sleeping with a baby is so tough. And I’ve been thinking a lot about you guys on the island with all of this war talk going on. I’d say leave as soon as you can back to Utah with your family. It seems people are watching your channel to see what stuff you have. I worry about the kids but not to make you more worried ahhhh. It’s just a feeling but I know you guys know better than anyone when it’s time to leave. I absolutely loved this video! Being real about your battles isn’t easy and you guys are rockstars! I am in awe of how young you guys are and making your family a dream come true. I’m in my late 30s with 2 and it’s a lot I can’t imagine being in my 20s dealing with life PLUS kids. God bless your family always! ❤❤❤

I had postpartum depression, and my doctor told me to take B vitamin complex and D3. I also had to quit carbs and eat veggies, fruits and lean meats. I felt better in a couple of weeks. I hope you feel better soon! Two small babies takes a lot of energy! I had my first two about the age difference of yours. It can be overwhelming no doubt! Just take it day by day and have time to talk about how you feel with someone unbiased. When both parents are tired, it can turn into a fight, so please make sure you talk to someone, maybe a therapist if your feelings get too much to express them gently.

One of the best things you provide is a very positive view of marriage and family life. There are so many things which attack traditional marriage and family, turning a lot of people away from commitment and happiness. Videos like yours show your audience how wonderful having a loving spouse is and how miraculous having children with that loving spouse is. Sarah, keep focusing on the positive. Our hormones really go nuts after we have a baby and it takes awhile for things to settle down. You are doing great. You have two beautiful happy and healthy children who you keep fed, bathed, entertained, and sheltered. That is no small feat!

My husband and I have been together for 11 years and share 6 amazing kiddos, 3 which we had together back to back lol they are now 8,7, and 6. It was the roughest time of my life as a mother, and I'd already experienced motherhood twice b4 with my older 2. But having them so close in age was incredibly tough in the beginning....literally didn't sleep an entire night for 4 years. And my husband and I had many rocky moments in our marriage in the beginning as well. What I realize now is that we went through a lot of obstacles that should have broken us, but it made us stronger! We proved to ourselves and our kids that we could make it through it all as long as we fought for each other in all the chaos. And now, there is peace! My littles are very close and are eachothers best playmates. It was all worth it. And knowing that yall can make it through this in the beginning, will make the rest of life run smoother. Be kind to yourselves 🥰 its always choas for the first few months and thats ok! This is the season you are in. Continue to embrace lifes puches and eachother with love and patience and God will take care of the rest! 💓 your babies will one day understand the strength it took the both of you to continue to strive for the best versions of yourself and keep it all together. We are cheering you on and covering you prayers 🙏 ❤️

But I just want to reassure you that this WILL pass and your life WILL go back to a ‘type’ of normal. Stick at it together, be patient and always forgiving and gracious. You are both so cute and are in a busy, stressful time of life with two little ones and a lot on your plate so no wonder life seems overwhelming. You seem to care about each other and it is good that you listen to each other. I have been married for 55 years which does not make me an expert but one thing I heard that helped me and still does is : “ it is better to be kind than to be right”. In any relationship. It makes me mad that people are critical of you guys…. If they can’t anything good they should not say anything at all!

Having a schedule will help you guys SO much. If you are able to at least sit down and figure out meals, self-care, bathtime, bedtime, etc. that will help a ton with feeling less overwhelmed. Another thing that has really worked for my husband and I with parenting is to trade off with childcare duty. That way, you both get a solid amount of time to yourself everyday, at least 2 hours each. I hope you don't take this as hate by the way. You guys are doing great. :) As you know, getting away from Hawaii where you are getting stolen from will help, getting away from that energy will really help your mental state too. Kudos and keep up the good work.
