The pelvic floor is definitely the one I learned postpartum that I didn't realize how important it was. People definitely joke about all those things that "just happen" after you have a baby instead of learning how to strengthen the pelvic floor so they don't happen. Thanks!

Yup! Totally agree! Crazy how many new mama things are 'normal' but really are sings our body needs some support!

hahaha I highly recommend following accounts like @onestrongmamaprenatal or @womanlymadeco on instagram. They teach how to properly do them and involve breath and common misconceptions about pelvic floor stuff. such a great info!

Love them all, but definitely trying to appreciate my body and not get stuck in the “bounce back” mindset. Love the message about nourishing your body - I’d love some more info on what foods you suggest!

I'm actually putting out the first of my Nourishing Mama Foundations series this week! The first one this week is diet and all over nourishing foods and kind of taking out the confusion of nutrition. The following videos will include minerals (my favorite to come out) and lifestyle elements. I'm excited!
