Such a great video. Waiting on tables for a living would cause me so much inexplicable calf and tendon pain. This explains why. And the exercise is helping tremendously.

Thanks for the video. What is the reason to use a block here to stand on? Also, are we trying to actively engage the quads here? Sorry the audio is not too clear towards the the.

This has been a game changer. What kind of ball is best soft or semi hard? I keep worrying about dropping it. But it really gets me to tuck my pelvis. History of a very tight back from extension and deadlifts done wrong... How do I get the change to stick or use this to reach ZOA?
@posturalrestoration3 жыл бұрын
A Semi soft ball is best. Getting the results to stick will be through further repositioning and pattern inhibition. I would recommend being evaluated fully by a PRI Provider to get appropriate guidance!

Is this exercise alone able to help me reach full ZOA with my ribcage and pelvis stacked over each other or would I need to add other exercises as well? Thanks!

What if our thoracic spine is really flat. Is it possible to increase thoracic curvature so we can breathe more into our spine or medial stimum expansion
@AADHITHYA.SPEAKS2 жыл бұрын
It's hasn't gotten flattened permanently . It's just oriented that way because of muscular imbalances .

Is there any other Patho pec techniques besides getting pelvis reference and post med expansion? Struggle with this especially on left rib cage side constantly compressed even with expansion techniques

Connor Harris and Neal H - PRI. Find Them here on youtube. Start on learning PEC, Then RIght BC/Left AI pattern fixes. Get ur goal to reach AI/ left ZOA. U Will get a knowledge breakdown, its a lot. but trust the process. - btw. U are completely normal, but using ur right side more :)

I have anterior pelvic tilt, and my ribcage is rotating the opposite way so I have the "open scissor" posture and probably a PEC pattern. I get a lot of tension in my mid back behind my ribcage and diaphragm. and a lot of clicking around my spine I feel very stiff in my upper back. After sorting out my diaphragmatic breathing, I'm not sure what to do next to re-align and get my body stacked because I feel like I'll go back to before. Any ideas? Thanks.
