Great job. Do you have to put baking powder in the batter? Tip for you. I add a teaspoon of vinegar or lemon juice and it makes the batter very crispy once it is fried. Thanks for always sharing.

Thanks, it always works maybe you made it too thin. Try adding more flour and make it a bit thicker.
