Hello friends thank you for watching the video Hope you enjoyed it, in this video I’m sharing with you my recipe on how to make those delicious potato chops potato kibbeh, It is one of my favorites and my families as well they come out so good so crunchy you can fry them or you can bake them in the oven it could be served as a main dish or side dish, One of the good things about this dish is that it could be a gluten-free by substituting the breadcrumbs with the rice flour. in this video I have showed you how to make kibbeh in a very easy way with lots of explanation and the method of a can will make your life very easy and fast to get the kibbeh done with no hassle.
To make this dish you need
about 5 pounds Idaho potatoes because they are high in starch
One onion
one bunch of parsley
1 cup rice flour or 1 cup breadcrumbs
One egg
2 tablespoon cornstarch
3 teaspoon turmeric
2 teaspoon salt
1 teaspoon garlic powder
1 teaspoon black pepper
For the filling you need
2 Lb ground beef 7% preferred
for seasoning you need
2 teaspoon salt optional to taste
1 teaspoon black pepper
1 teaspoon garlic powder
1 teaspoon chili powder
2 teaspoon cumin
2 teaspoon 7 spices
2 tablespoon olive oil
Oil for frying

لصنع هذا الطبق تحتاجه حوالي 5 أرطال من بطاطس أيداهو لأنها تحتوي على نسبة عالية من النشا بصلة واحدة حفنة من البقدونس 1 كوب دقيق أرز أو 1 كوب بقسماط بيضة واحدة 2 ملعقة كبيرة نشا ذرة 3 ملاعق صغيرة كركم 2 ملعقة صغيرة ملح 1 ملعقة صغيرة بودرة ثوم 1 ملعقة صغيرة فلفل أسود للحشوة التي تحتاجها 2 رطل من اللحم المفروم 7٪ مفضل للتوابل التي تحتاجها 2 ملعقة صغيرة ملح اختياري حسب الرغبة 1 ملعقة صغيرة فلفل أسود 1 ملعقة صغيرة بودرة ثوم 1 ملعقة صغيرة من مسحوق الفلفل الحار 2 ملعقة صغيرة كمون 2 ملعقة صغيرة 7 بهارات 2 ملعقة طعام زيت زيتون زيت للقلي شكراً لكم جميعاً على دعمكم لقناتي! من فضلك لا تنسى 👍🏼 ، اشترك واضغط على زر الإشعار أيضًا ليتم إخطارك بالوصفات الجديدة القادمة ، حافظ على صحتك وكن سعيدًا!

If baking, what temperature and for how long?

Thank you for watching the video! if you’re baking you can bak on 400F for 30 minutes or less till it’s nice golden brown! keep in mind that everything is previously cooked, you can brush the top before baking with egg wash add 1 tsp tomato sauce, If you don’t like egg wash then just brush with olive oil, and for extra color you can mix 1 tsp tomato paste with olive oil and brush, Hope that was helpful! Thank you for asking, no you don’t need to wash it will be very easy when it’s dry if you wash it then you have to dry it before grinding. Best of luck to you 🤍
