Very delicious and healthy version of potato kebbeh
Remember:
For the filling you need 4-5 Potatoes, for the shell you need only 1 large potato to make this recipe.
P.S. If you have extra filling left, you can add 1 cup of bulgur with 3 cups of water and cook it on the stove and have another vegan dish ready.

You should soak burghull in water before you add to potato

You don't have to as when you are kneading it with the potato and the water, the bulgur becomes tender.

Your work is very good except the filling you show it for split second I have to go over the video many times you should show in practice how you make the filling The music during the whole video is very annoying you can do without it actually it gave me a headache

Thank you for your feedback. I apologize for that. My phone had a full memory and accidentally hadn't recorded the whole part. And for the loud music, we are trying to learn from our mistakes and improve. I'm not a pro in video recording but I'm learning slowly. However, my recipes are great.
