The urulai kizhangu (potatoes) are well seasoned and taste amazing. The exterior of the potatoes are a caramelized by prolonged low heat and creates that wonderful texture. This is a quick and easy recipe for packing the lunch box and I make this recipe when I need to prepare a meal quickly. It makes an excellent combination with all variety rice recipes including curd rice and lemon rice.
