At Cucinanonnoi.it we'll see potato gnocchi with butter and sage. It is a very quick and easy dish to prepare, but very tasty at the same time. The ingredients we need for 4 portions are: 1 kg of potato gnocchi, you can find the ingredients and the recipe in our website, 50 grams of grana or grated Parmesan, 60 grams of butter, ten or so of sage leaves, 2 tablespoon of extra virgin olive oil and salt. As soon as the gnocchi water starts boiling we begin to prepare the sauce, so we melt the butter in a frying-pan and we add some oil too. We cut the sage lieves into small pieces and put them in the frying-pan. We let the ingredients to fry slowly. At this point we add a ladle of the cooking water of the gnocchi, add a pinch of salt and turn off. Once the gnocchi rise the surface of the pot, we turn on again the sauce and drain them directly on the frying-pan to let them flavor. We add another ladle of cooking water, turn off and add the parmesan. So we serve them still hot. We add another sage leaves and sprinkle with parmesan at the end.
