•Ingredients: Potato stuffed flatbread
All-purpose flour 300 grams 0:26,
Yeast 3 grams 0:26,
Water about 180 grams 0:37,
Pastry(heat 80grams of oil and add 70 grams of flour in it, mix them evenly and let it cool) 0:58,
Potatoes 3, (in total it's about 650 grams) 1:15,
Green onion pieces 50 grams 1:38,
Mozzarella pieces 150 grams 1:43,
Salt 6 grams 2:01,
Whole egg liquid and white sesame: a little bit, 4:00,
•Baking setting: preheat the oven to upper heat 220 degrees and bottom heat 180 degrees, bake it for about 18 mins in middle of oven. If we can't change the temperatures separetely, then bake it with upper heat and bottom heat 200 degrees. If the surface is not well-colored, then move it to the upper side and bake it for the last few mins.

• 幼砂糖 Caster sugar (约等于) :
1 杯 (metric cup) ~= 224克 (grams)
1 湯匙 (tablespoon) ~= 18克 (grams)
1 茶匙 (teaspoon) ~= 4克 (grams)

我今天做了这个来吃,真的很好吃。 只是这次做的时候,油酥三汤匙我觉得太多了,擀面的时候会擀破,油酥都溢出来了,我做第二片时就只用两汤匙,主要还是因为面擀不够大。 然后用200度烤,需要25分钟才上色,个人觉得上色深一点,外皮脆,内里软,真的很好吃。实在谢谢老爸的分享。

来来回回看了几个土豆芝士饼的方子, 又打回头了, 因为做法简易,口感最好,冷却亦保持柔软,又可以同样的做法变换馅料, 品尝各种美味,其乐无穷!再谢老爸!

赞!又一个既简易省时,又美味健康的方子, 所以立马就试,刚做完就迫不及待地吃了两个作为饭后点心。我只用了一半Mozzarella, 但加了剁碎的虾仁,350 F 只烤了13 分钟(我用的是Convect Bake, 特快)。酥香鲜美,到口就溶,令人回味!谢谢老爸!(补充:我尝试用了1/2的白全麦,竟完全不影响口感!)

@@LBDSG1966 在此补充一个可喜的发现:这道点心可贵之处还在于雪柜冷冻以后仍然保持柔软,口感几乎不变。所以今天又做了。
