How do you get in the same lobby

You get on a ship, sail around and find the ship you want to take over, sail over to the crew and ask them kindly if they are willing to invite one of your friends who is in your crew to their ship to take it over. Once they have left you and your friends have to ships and can invite the people who are joining. In this case it was seven of us in total. Or you can all try loading into the same server by everyone loading in at the same time for a chance of loading into the same server although this is more time consuming and not guaranteed, and you all have to be in the same region.
